1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

When set up a program and the team not follow it, and became inconsistencies

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I start work from the bottom and climbing up slowly, I engaged in Volunteer work in government, community and churches. That where I gain experience.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Most of the time, I plan ahead, if i sense that the work will be loaded, all the 5 senses will be alert, and mostly to take good rest, so I woke up fresh the next morning.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

The difference between Boss and leader. Leader you must be the first in everything and encouraging or empower your team in every areas of their life

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Be decisive and confidence

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

Counseling one young couples , as they are about to be separated, Thank God for the word of wisdom and encouragement, that hold them tightly until now
