Intentional + Consistent

John Maxwell talks about intentionality and consistency as two keys to success.

I couldn't agree more.

Ask yourself about everything you're doing, "Is this intentional or unintentional?" If it's unintentional, then should you be doing it?

Once you work out that something is intentional and that it's a fit for your vision, mission, values and strategy then ask yourself, "Am I doing this consistently? If not, how can I do this more consistently?"

Doing things that intentionally fit your vision, mission, values and strategy consistently is so powerful.

If you do that it's almost impossible to fail.
