1. What have you found most challenging as a leader of a small or medium enterprise?
Knowledge of all business acumen required and inter dependability between team members.
2. How did you become a leader of an SME? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I rebelled from my job politics and manipulation and decided to start my own venture.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I keep focusing on the next set of things to be done.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
Learning is always there to be taken.

Not books but audio-video learning are more of my preference. Too many to single out anyone.

Weekly trainings.

Murphy law happens.
