Timothy Wong is the Managing Director of Preschool and is the former CEO of Evolve Education Group (ASX: EVO), comprising 132 childcare centres across Australia and New Zealand. His experience and expertise are in the development, growth and transformation of medium to large businesses within a listed and/or rollup space. Tim has worked in Asia Pacific and Middle East real estate, education and architectural sectors and has a special interest in different business models, including franchise/licensing methodologies.
Tim is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of CPA. He is also a Non-Executive Director of two private companies and a not-for-profit organisation.

Todd Nesloney is the Director of Culture and Strategic Leadership for the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA). He has also served as an award-winning principal of a PreK-5th Grade campus of over 775 students in a rural town in Texas. He has been recognized by the White House, John C Maxwell, the Center for Digital Education, National School Board Association, the BAMMYS, and more for his work in education and with children. Todd has written six books, including the runaway smash Kids Deserve It and his newest book Building Authenticity: A Blueprint for the Leader Inside You. He is passionate about doing whatever it takes for our students and teachers and helping others tell their story.

Todd Thomas is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Aiden Auto and Founder of Fast Lane Innovations. Todd joined Aiden from his most recent position as the CEO of a stealth startup within the SBD Radical Innovation Accelerator. He is a recognized voice in connected products & services, connected vehicles, telematics, mobility, IOT, AI and data science.
Todd’s projects include GM’s OnStar Guardian and Verizon hum, and was the 2020 Google Android for Cars Open Innovation “Shark Tank” Champion. He has an Economics degree from Claremont McKenna College, has studied Strategy Execution at the Harvard Business School, and has an MBA and an MS in Data Science from the WP Carey School of Business, ASU.

I started my career in the traditional sense within the corporate sector eventually reaching the level of CFO in my early 40s. Earlier in my life, I had viewed that as the pinnacle of professional success however having reached it, I felt empty and unfulfilled. So, I started consulting to "find myself" professionally and realised I wanted to share my experience and knowledge with a wider audience.
I started New Zealand's first CFO outsourcing business which I ran for 7 years while also supporting private clients. I set up CopperFox in conjunction my business partner Rob Erskine just over a year ago. It's been fun and somewhat challenging getting established but we are getting traction. I love the variety of work and lifestyle balance. No two days are the same and we have international aspirations. It's hard to see me doing anything else but you never know.
Trevor Buchanan

Commencing as a teacher in 2001 and moving into school leadership in 2007, I have been a principal of five primary schools across three different regions, working in regional and rural locations. I bring a broad breadth of knowledge and perspective of the workings of education and some of the common and distinct challenges across the state into any school leadership role.
Committed to the principles of life-long learning, and leading school change through evidenced based practices, I have continued my study, completing a Master of Education in 2011 and currently progressing through a Doctorate of Education. I am keenly interested in the leadership journey of school principals and how education systems manage succession planning and development of aspirant and existing leaders. This interest has led me to engage as a Principal Mentor with Take the Lead and Principal Coach within both the North Coast and North Queensland regions and lecturing in the Master of Education (Leadership and Mangement) program for James Cook University.
My diligence and personal commitment to success is evident in the culture I build in the schools I have led. My school leadership was recognised in 2011 as Queensland’s Finalist of the AITSL Australian Primary Principal of the Year Awards and in 2018 with a Regional Commendation for the Griffith University Jack Prizzey Award for Principal of the Year.
I am a strong advocate of the work of principals and schools, currently as an elected board member of the Queensland Association of State School Principals Board, representative on their Capability Development Subcommittee and branch representative to the James Cook University Professional Experience Advisory Committee.

Tsvika Ben Porat is a distinguished CEO and business leader with over three decades of experience in strategic business development, consultancy services, investment strategies, and daily operational management. He is known for his technological prowess, providing a seamless bridge between technology and business objectives, driving operational excellence, and creating significant value.
Currently, he serves as the CEO of Birad – Research & Development Company Ltd, where he's been since March 2017. At Birad, he provides stewardship, develops growth strategies, manages the company’s financial assets, and directs approximately 200 employees. Prior to that, he led Jerusalem Technology Investments Ltd. and Maayan Ventures Ltd., where he exhibited a keen eye for identifying high-potential tech companies and guided them through processes of growth and expansion.
Earlier, he had a successful stint at Ness Technologies Inc. as CTO and Senior Management Member, where he managed global tech groups and developed business-aligned strategic roadmaps. Tsvika also has a solid track record in academia, being a lecturer at Ben-Gurion University and SCE College in Beer-Sheva, focusing on innovation, business, and technological entrepreneurship. His scholastic achievements include a PhD in Business Administration and a unique combined MSc & PhD program in Physics, both from Ben-Gurion University. His research in both disciplines has made significant contributions to entrepreneurship and electro-optics respectively.
He has served as a member of the Israeli Government Companies Authority (GCA) “Directors Team” and has worked extensively with regulators, chief scientists, and government offices. Notably, he co-founded dbMotion Ltd., which was sold for a significant amount, and served as a board member at Shufersal of the IDB Group. His books about entrepreneurship are respected resources in the business community.
In addition to his business and academic exploits, Tsvika is also a veteran, having served in the IDF Air Force – Operations. His extensive experience, proven leadership skills, and a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise make him an indispensable asset in the technology and business sectors.
