Virun is a Certified Executive Coach and Consultant with over three decades of experience across all major functions including sales, technology, strategy, and finance. Virun spent the bulk of his career at BNY Mellon, where he held several executive positions including Chief Operating Officer for the Global Client Management group, Global Head of Innovation, Head of Client Engagement Strategies and Senior Client Executive. He has deep domain expertise in sales, client management and change management and worked directly with CEOs and other C-suite executives.
He created BNY Mellon’s post-merger relationship management model, built a book of business exceeding $500 million as a Client Executive, and transformed the major account sales process to drive double digit growth. Virun was featured on the cover of American Banker Magazine in November 2015 and was awarded BNY Mellon’s Chairman Circle Award for outstanding sales performance in 2008. He was a founding member and former co-chair of IMPACT, BNY Mellon's Multi-Cultural Employee Resource Group.
He has been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences and is lecturer at various universities, including Columbia Business School, University of Pittsburgh, and Rutgers Graduate School of Business. Virun received his undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his master’s from Columbia University in the City of New York. Vivienne worked in North America and held the role of President, British Columbia Rapid Transit Company which operated and maintained the Skytrain, Airport Line and Westcoast Express Transit systems in Vancouver. Before North America Vivienne held the position of CEO for KDR Gold Coast, the operator and maintainer of the Gold Coast Light Rail and prior to that the position of Group General Manager, Strategic & Service Development for RailCorp which provided metropolitan passenger rail services in Sydney; in that role Vivienne was responsible for it’s investment strategy, future design of rail networks and $1.2b capital works program. While working with RailCorp Vivienne also held the role of Chief Operations Officer leading 15 departments with over 5000 staff to deliver the day to day passenger services.

Wong is the Principal of Sekolah Sri UCSI Kuala Lumpur, under the UCSI Schools Group. Prior to joining UCSI Schools Group, Mr Wong vowed to undertake a 'historic mission' and start a 'new chapter’ for the education history of Ipoh, Perak by setting up the Imperial International School, the first of the newly established Imperial Education Group of schools under the HCK Group as Chief Executive and Founding Principal.
He led the School in stages of the process to be an approved Cambridge School with Cambridge Assessment International Education and joining the global network of Cambridge schools offering Cambridge education programmes. Here, he had the first-hand experience of establishing a start-up international school by driving his experience into action, laying the groundwork and setting the tone for an inspiring, conducive, and welcoming school climate, but also setting the cornerstones of beliefs and practices for the vision he would cast as leader. Mr Wong was also the Head of the National School at Tenby Schools Ipoh, a well-established private school in Perak, Malaysia and has served as a teacher, school improvement team leader and vertical leader for 11 years.
He was one of the pioneer teachers in setting up the Tenby A-Levels programme. He was also assigned to be the Mentor Teacher for the delivery of the Cambridge Professional Qualification in Teaching and Learning to help teachers develop their professional thinking and practice. He has worked with the senior leadership of cross-functional teams sharing good practices and developing a cross-functional based curriculum by making appropriate links between the local and international syllabi.
