1. As a leader, how do you build trust with employees, customers and other stakeholders?

By following the basics, being honest, true to work, and being empathetic. It is important to plan economic growth for everyone who is working with you. When you do this then people realize it and they want to work with you even more.

2. What do 'VISION' and 'MISSION' mean to you? And what does it actually look like to use them in real-world business?

Vision is the current final goal for the company/personal life and mission is the way of achieving it. Visions can easily established and renewed but mission, it takes a team to accomplish. Constituting a good team is a time taking process which in turn decides the time needed to reach the vision.

3. How can a leader empower the people they're leading?

By thinking about everyone's growth first and then making those as a part of milestones of company's success story. It is important to allocate work according to one's interest, once done, it gives mental satisfaction to the person doing the task and drives success for everyone. Every success will add to the confidence of the employee and the company and the clients.

4. Who are some of the coaches or mentors in your life who have had a positive influence on your leadership? Can you please tell a meaningful story about one of them?

I will skip it for now.

5. Leadership is often more about what you DON'T do. How do you maintain focus in your role?

I think leadership is about doing many things and not just one. Leadership is a way of life, giving importance to every task and emotion is the key. Knowing what to handle first, managing things properly is important.

6. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Everyone plans differently. How do you plan for the week, month and years ahead in your role?

As I said, it is a way of life. Once your goals are clear, you start breathing them, people around you get to know your priorities, and they automatically set expectations accordingly. I plan to expand my business in a certain direction, which is my lifelong goal, and all my days are planned to achieve small milestones towards the goal. So, I have established a big, long-term goal, and I keep changing my daily routines to get to that goal and live life simultaneously.

7. What advice would you give to a young leader who is struggling to delegate effectively?

Take your time to make decisions, small delays will not make much difference but wrong decisions can. Try to understand the demand and kind of people at your disposal. Delegate according to the intellect and if you still struggle, look for a mentor, read.
