1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

To emparadise the world

more than yesterday and less than tomorrow with a win for he clients,

for the employees,

for the shareholders,

for the distributors,

for the providers,

for the planet and for the humanity !

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I work to over deliver always my commitments and to always improve the performances , the desirability and the positive impact of the activities and to boost the team spirit of our employees !

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

A Great activity to read again the achievements of the previous days, weeks, months ,years !

What have been the success, the failures and what are the suggestions ?

What are the dreams, the desires, and the hopes ?

What do we Keep ? Improve ? Stop ? Start ? KISS ?

What are the values ? The Mission ? The Vision in 10 years ?

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

The vital importance to help to move from a society of consomption to a society of transmission, from a EGO système to an ECO system !

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

The Bible !

To plan the rebound, the renewal, the renaissance !

To work on the fraternity !

To emparadise the world more than yesterday and less than tomorrow !

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Boost , entertain, restore, improve for ever your 4 assets

Your body, your brain, your heart, your soul !

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

Regular work of planning with the Comex, the teams the Dreams , the Desirs, the hopes for the futur

And regularly compare the reality versus the dreams !

And always work to over deliver our commitments versus the clients, the employees, the shareholders, the planet and the humanity !
