1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Leading in an organization with a system that is old

Have worked through the ranks to be where I am today
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Even on a daily basis is sticking to Vision, Mission, Plan of execution, Motivate Subordinates & Evaluating Outcomes
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
That leadership is also about facing the unknown
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
A book on Leadership titled Leadership 101 by John C Maxwell. It nullifies common myths like leaders are born-not made. That anyone can become a leader and it can be learned, nurtured, and mastered including inspiring others into action or help them to grow
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
That Leadership is all about facilitating change
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
How a third world country like China, becoming the number one super economic power on the globe - such is a dynamic story.
