1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

The most challenging part about being a leader. There are things that I can’t do for people and I need them to want to do it for themselves. I can have all the answers but I need to give people space and autonomy to problem solve.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I became a leader by being the hardest worker in the whatever room I was in. But also by having the desire to help others succeed.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I sleep 6-8 hours a day. I wake up every day at 6-7 AM I then train my wife, drink water, play with my kids read a book, get ready for work. I host a serious of different meeting with everyone from my trainers to other managers discussing about the month and how to go about achieving the results.
