Am a legally marriage man with a family of Four an i came from an humble background . Am the current SEO of Golmond Investments Limited company based in Sierra Leone whose motives of operational service its of a multifunctional company engages in gold and diamond mining as well as tax administration and customs clearance process . Am a Muslim by faith and very much tolerance and oriented in business development and administrative implementation to achieved a common standard .

1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
The challenging aspect of any good leader its the outcome of your out put in order to meet a given standard of your responsibilities as a leader . To make people aware that their is a responsibility to for collectiveness to meet organizational target of operations as one mind.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I have the motivational aspect as a born leader that am capable of handle dispute amicable and a fast thinker that can develop and implement any plans to archived a common goal . Am very bold in talking , hard working person that do not compromised my integrity in any shape of form . every one is treated with equal opportunity as a human despite status or achievement ,
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
After work , i got my birth and have my food as well sitting with my children about an hour , interrogating with them regarding there studies and if anything necessary to bring to my notice that is affecting them . After such a went to bed to have a bed rest for the other day of God willing .
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
You should not lies on trust with out check and balance of any one in terms of operational service . secondly , too much friendly lead people not to take your words seriously and used its for your weakness an acted upon their selfish desire just to bring you down or being count of not performance .
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
Things fall apart . By Chinua Achaba an African writer . About okonko the disciplinary that do not let no stone un touch .
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
stay focus , hard work , being educated and be very vigilant in your work , Always try to look at people who have already achieved and see there stories to be a multivational aspect towards your own dream to accomplished .
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
The implementation of gold and diamond mining seeing people of dishonest when its comes to monetary terms .
