Hurt people hurt people

Are you hurting people?


It’s a tough question no one really wants to ask themselves. As leaders though we can ask ourselves a different question:


“Am I a hurt person?”


We all have hurts and we all get hurt. The difference is how we deal with it. Don’t deal with your hurts - or employ people who haven’t dealt with their hurts - and guaranteed you’ll end up hurting the people you lead.


Because hurt people, hurt people.
