National Society of Leadership and Success

I recently came across the US National Society of Leadership and Success.
As an Aussie with a passion for leadership around the world, I'd love to see something like the NSLS in Australia. I know there are similar efforts but I don't see anything exactly like what they're doing.
I'm imagining an organisation committed to raising servant leaders who are pursuing empathy and compassion in leadership without wavering on results.
It IS possible to lead like that.
