Why We All Have Imposter Syndrome

Ever felt like you don't belong? Like you're out of your depth?

Ever felt like you're the ONLY leader who has no idea what they're doing? (Sometimes)

Well after coaching leaders around the world I can tell you, you're wrong! You are definitely not alone. In fact, I'd say most, if not all, leaders deal with imposter syndrome at some level.

Here's what I want you to do.

As someone once said, the gap between your expectation and your experience is your frustration.

Change your expectation to expect feelings of imposter syndrome. There are going to be moments where you feel out of your depth but if you can expect feelings of imposter syndrome and know everyone feels that way from time to time, then you can reduce your frustration!
